Heart of Oklahoma Chamber to Host 2025 State of the Schools Luncheon
The Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend our 5th Annual State of the Schools Luncheon on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Mid-America Technology Center in Wayne, Oklahoma.
Presented by McClain Bank, this special event brings together superintendents from Lexington, Mid-America Technology Center, Purcell, Wayne, and Washington schools. Each leader will share updates and insights on their district’s goals, challenges, and expectations for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Featured speakers include:
- Chad Hall – Lexington Public Schools
- Mike Eubank – Mid-America Technology Center
- Dr. Shelli McAdoo – Purcell Public Schools
- Chris Reynolds – Washington Public Schools
- Dr. Toby Ringwald – Wayne Public Schools
Lunch will be served at 11:30 AM, followed by the program beginning at 12:10 PM. Tickets are $20 per person, with lunch provided by Happy Camper Café.

City of Purcell Seeks Proposals for Redevelopment of Prime Property
PURCELL, OK – July 7, 2025 — The City of Purcell is inviting qualified and innovative developers to submit proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of a key property located at 1500 N. Green Avenue, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080.
This redevelopment opportunity is part of the City’s strategic vision to foster economic growth, create employment opportunities, and enhance the community’s landscape through thoughtful investment and beautification. The site presents a prime location for impactful development that aligns with the City’s long-term goals.
